Discover Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
What is KAP?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) blends the power of psychedelic medicine with grounded, therapeutic support. It’s not just about symptom relief—it’s about creating space for emotional breakthroughs, nervous system reset, and deep inner healing.
How KAP Helps:
KAP is designed to help you:
-
Ease depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD
-
Access new perspectives and emotional clarity
-
Break through stuck patterns and reclaim joy
-
Reconnect with your body, intuition, and deeper self
What to Expect:
Each KAP experience is personalized. We begin with preparation to set intentions and create safety, followed by a guided dosing session—live or remote—and post-session integration to help make meaning of what emerges.
Expect a safe, supportive container. One that honors your pace, your story, and your inner wisdom.
Who It’s For:
KAP is a powerful option for people who:
-
Feel stuck in traditional therapy
-
Want to go deeper, gently
-
Are ready to move beyond survival and into real transformation
⚠️ Note: KAP is not recommended for individuals experiencing active suicidal thoughts, mania, or psychosis.
Your Safety Comes First:
Your well-being is the foundation of this work. We’ll collaborate to find the safest, most effective path for your unique needs—always trauma-informed, always grounded.

What is a Typical Ketamine Experience Like?
Your journey begins with a referral to my trusted partner, Better U, who will provide medical screening and determine if ketamine is the right fit for your needs. If approved, they’ll prescribe and ship your medication directly to your home.
Once your medicine arrives, we’ll begin your personalized therapy journey—either in person or via secure Telehealth. Your first dosing sessions are designed to help you gently acclimate to the effects of ketamine in a safe, supported environment.
You’ll receive clear instructions and compassionate guidance every step of the way.
During the Session:
The medicine is not swallowed—it’s gently swished in your mouth for 10–15 minutes before being spit out. I’ll guide you through this process using a calming hypnosis-style induction to help your body relax and your mind open with ease.
The psychedelic experience typically lasts 20 to 50 minutes. I’ll remain present with you—either in person or via Telehealth—to ensure you're fully supported. For remote sessions, a trusted sitter will also be present with you in the room.
After the Session:
You’ll be encouraged to rest, hydrate, and avoid stressful or violent media for the rest of the day to help your system integrate the experience. Within a few days, we’ll meet again for a follow-up integration session, where we’ll reflect on what came up and apply it meaningfully to your life and goals.
Dosing Schedule:
Most clients begin with 4 to 8 sessions, with flexibility to adapt based on your response, needs, and therapeutic goals. Every journey is different—and each step is designed to support your healing, insight, and growth.
